Important UPDATE (one-on-one meetings today and next Tuesday in lieu of class)

Dear Students

As announced in class Tuesday, we will be holding another round of One-on-One meetings this week and next in lieu of meeting as a class. In other words, there will be no class lecture today (Thurs., Nov 12, or Tues. Nov. 17). The regular class meeting will resume on Thurs., Nov 19 when you are expected to turn in a hard copy of your final SRP proposal.

We circulated a sign-up sheet for the One-on-One meetings in class last Tuesday. You can see this sheet at: http://www.seniorsequence.net/images/uploads/USP_One-on-One_Meetings_Nov_2009.pdf (the file is stored on our class website under handouts for week 7). It is updated as of today. To get your name into one of the empty slots, please email your TA and ask them to update the list with your name and the timeslot you seek.

Also, please note you can now view the evaluations students did of your draft proposal. You can access the evaluations by logging into the class web site. Click the evaluations link in the upper right hand corner of the Grand Challenges and Research database, under Admin Options where it says “Student Evaluations.” I hope you find this helpful. We set this up so the name of who did the evaluation is kept anonymous.
