We recognize that in these strained economic times, the $90 student membership fee is a barrier to some. Therefore, we are excited to offer our new student sponsorship program.  The program provides full-time students, through the generosity of a regular ULI member, a paid membership in the Urban Land Institute San Diego/Tijuana District Council. Membership provides students the opportunity to participate in a variety of professional, mentoring, networking and social events with leaders in the development industry.  In the spirit ofULI’s tradition of being leaders in the responsible use of land, we can’t think of a better way than to give the next generation of leaders an opportunity to build successful careers in real estate.
