By 2030, the green economy will employ 1 in 4 American workers. However, not all jobs will be good jobs. Use the documentation attached to the “Equitable Redevelopment and Public Policy” Grand Challenge related to local hire and construction careers. Identify and analyze local programs that are creating career ladders to help make the green economy and equitable one.
